Our furniture is heavy and needs careful handling. Each of our pieces is made to order in Morocco, professionally prepared for export, and shipped to you. Shipping is free to the United States and to Marrakech. For any other destination, contact us and we will tell you how delivery works.
How it works
- You choose a piece, or describe the one you want through a bespoke request.
- You tell us where it goes with the delivery form, giving the country, the postal or ZIP code and any access notes.
- We confirm the delivery to your address, taking the dimensions and the weight of the piece into account.
- The piece is made, crated and shipped. Every piece is made to order, so production takes 3 to 8 weeks, and we confirm the date with you.
- It is delivered to the address you gave us.
Packing
Each piece is packed in a protective crate for international transport, as the last stage of its making. The crate and the packing are designed for heavy, fragile pieces: please keep them until you have checked the piece.

Where we ship
We ship internationally. Shipping is free to the United States and to Marrakech. For the rest of Morocco and for any other country, contact us: tell us where the piece should go and we will confirm how delivery works and what it costs.
What we need to know
- The country and the postal or ZIP code.
- Whether the delivery is to a house, an apartment, a studio or a commercial site.
- The access to the room: stairs, a lift, a loading dock, a narrow entrance or a tight corner. A top and a base are heavy, and the route into the room matters.
- Anything else the carrier should know, for example opening hours or a contact person on site.
Customs, duties and taxes
Import duties, taxes and customs fees depend on the destination country. Contact us to find out what applies to your delivery: we will tell you what you need for the clearance.
When your piece arrives
- Look at the crate before the carrier leaves. If it is visibly damaged, note it on the delivery document and take photographs.
- Open the crate promptly and check the piece.
- If anything is damaged, tell us within 7 days of delivery, with photographs and your order reference. Our Returns & claims page explains what happens next.
Questions
If you are not sure what to put in the delivery form, send it anyway and say what you know: we will ask for what is missing. For anything else, see the questions and answers or contact us.
Making, shipping and arrival: four different things
- Making. Every piece is made to order: 3 to 8 weeks from the confirmation of the order.
- Ready to ship. We tell you the date when your piece is finished, inspected and crated. It is a shipping date, not a delivery date.
- Transport. Free to the United States and to Marrakech. For any other destination, contact us and we will tell you how delivery works.
- Estimated arrival. Once the route and the carrier are known, we give an estimated arrival date, always separate from the shipping date.
What is confirmed, and what comes with your quotation
Confirmed in your quotation, with your ZIP or postal code: transit insurance; duties, taxes and customs clearance; where the piece is delivered (building entrance, inside the room); stairs and lifts; unpacking; assembly; damage in transit.
